Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely in love with your Rare London purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags intact and free from any signs of wear or makeup.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
